A laser slit lamp comprising a slit lamp base, a slit lamp head and a slit lamp microscope, the laser slit lamp being connected to an applicator, with means for directing the radiation of an active ray onto the site to be treated in or on the eye of a patient, with means for generating a target beam for targeting the location to be treated in or on the eye and for its observation and adjustment in the applicator for varying the intensity and the diameter of the effective beam spot used for the treatment, with means for collinear association of the radiation of the active and the aiming beam, wherein the means for generating the aiming beam and preferably control, regulating and monitoring devices are arranged in the interior of the slit lamp, characterized, in that at least one radiation source, which generates a continuous active ray in the region of the visible light, is a laser radiation source arranged in the slit-lamp head, in the slit-lamp base or in the slit-lamp microscope. |
