Lipophilic oligopeptides as carriers for pharmaceuticals |
abstract |
The invention relates to the production and use of lipophilic oligopeptides as carrier substances which enable pharmaceuticals to be transported into the CNS and to have a selective action on cells and receptors. DOLLAR A This goal is achieved in that pharmaceuticals are linked with lipophilic oligopeptides of the general formula I in an ester- or amide-like manner. Due to the high content of carrier I in alpha-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) and its lipophilic properties, the pharmaceuticals associated with the carrier become CNS-common. Neutrotransmitters, drugs against neurodegenerative diseases, antibiotics can be used as pharmaceuticals. Antiparasitic and cytostatic agents are used. |
