The invention relates to a process for the production of solid preparations of at least one water-insoluble or sparingly water-soluble active ingredient suitable for the food and animal feed sector or for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications by DOLLAR A a) dispersing at least one of the above-mentioned active ingredients in an aqueous, molecularly disperse or colloidal solution a protein-containing protective colloid, DOLLAR A b) flocculation of the protein-containing protective colloid together with the active ingredient from the dispersion DOLLAR A and DOLLAR A c) separation of the flocculated solid from the water and any additional solvents used and then converted into a dry powder. |
