| abstract |
The present invention relates to coated particles containing a hard core and a swelling shell, the core containing at least one material such as glass, glass ceramic or polymer and the shell containing at least one material such as polymers, organic or inorganic salts. The present invention further relates to a composition for the production of three-dimensional solid bodies containing coated particles. The present invention further relates to a method of making three-dimensional solid bodies in which a composition is applied in layers and each layer is formed by selectively applying a liquid that causes the shell of the particles to swell. The present invention further relates to the use of the method for the production of architectural models, machine parts and devices in medical technology. |
