titleOfInvention Method for controlling a matrix converter
abstract The invention relates to a method for controlling a matrix converter (2) with nine bidirectional circuit breakers (4) arranged in a 3x3 switch matrix (6), with four active switching states and one zero switching state with associated time spans per modulation interval using a space vector modulation method (a, b, d, e, c) can be calculated. According to the invention, the calculated time period (c) of the zero switching state is divided into at least two of the three available zero switching states. This results in a matrix converter (2) in which there are no longer any output voltage errors.
