titleOfInvention Process for the production of a diffusion-resistant lens element
abstract A method for producing a diffusion-resistant lens element is described, in which a dye-donor element with a non-ionic image dye is contacted with a lens element; transfers a dye image to a first carrier of the lens element by means of a laser; contacted the dye image with a mordant element with a second carrier; the laminate formed is heated by converting the non-ionic dye into a cationic dye and the second carrier is removed to produce the lens element.
