Process for stabilizing enzymes |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for stabilizing an enzyme, in particular with regard to a cosmetic application, which is characterized in that the enzyme is mixed with a carrier which contains an effective amount of a vegetable oil or wax, selected from: DOLLAR A a ) - triglyceride oils in which at least 5% by weight of the fatty acids are formed by palmitoleylic acid; DOLLAR A b) - triglyceride oils in which at least 10% by weight of the fatty acids are formed by hydroxylated fatty acids; DOLLAR A c) - triglyceride oils in which at least 40% by weight of the fatty acids are formed by mono- or double-unsaturated C¶20¶-C¶24¶ fatty acids; DOLLAR A d) - oils or waxes which contain at least 50% by weight of fatty acid monoesters, which have a total of 36 to 46 carbon atoms and are formed from an unsaturated fatty acid and an unsaturated fatty alcohol. |
