Aqueous polyurethane dispersions curable with UV radiation and thermally curable compounds contain compounds bonded via polyisocyanates with C = C double bonds polymerizable by UV radiation, aliphatic diols incorporated with isocyanates with a molecular weight of less than 500 g / mol, compounds with carboxylic acid or sulfonic acid groups bonded via isocyanates and / or salts thereof, free hydroxyl groups and compounds with blocked isocyanate groups.
