Biaxially oriented, coextruded and at least one UV stabilizer-containing polyester film, the at least one base layer, the thermoplastic polyester, preferably polyethylene terephthalate, and about 2 to 60 wt .-% of a cycloolefin copolymer, which is preferably composed of norbornene and ethylene units , contains, and the at least one top layer, which does not contain COC, and which may have further top or intermediate layers and which may contain the usual additives such as stabilizers and antiblocking agents, are characterized in particular by a whiteness of> 70 in addition to high UV stability %, an opacity of> 55% and a gloss - at least on one side - of> 100 and are therefore suitable for numerous industrial applications. Up to 70% by weight of regenerate can be used in the production of the films by the coextrusion process, without the physical properties of the films being negatively influenced. |
