titleOfInvention Manufacturing process for building materials and components using fibrous materials
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of building materials using renewable fiber-containing raw materials, in particular bamboo, in a matrix consisting entirely or predominantly of mineral constituents for preventing cracks arising and for transmitting tensile and / or bending loads beyond the cracks. The solution according to the invention provides that the fiber-containing raw materials processed into fibers and / or fiber bundles are added to the respective matrix system during its production depending on the application with variable fiber bundle length and fiber bundle thickness distribution and variable fiber or fiber bundle proportions and then in the form of a fiber-reinforced matrix as with traditional installation technologies to be treated on the construction site or in special prefabricated components. In order to achieve additional input properties of the bamboo fibers or bamboo fiber bundles that are dependent on the respective intended use, special pretreatment stages for influencing fiber surface properties and additional drying processes can be provided as further design features of the invention. Likewise, post-treatment steps, special measures for fiber alignment and / or sealing measures can be provided for the fiber-reinforced matrix systems as further design features.
