abstract |
The invention relates to a method for the selective, metal-based activation of substrate surfaces for wet chemical, electroless metal deposition, characterized in that the substrate surface is activated with activator metal, which as such or in the form of a precursor with the help of vesicles selectively at the location of the surface to be activated was transported. Furthermore, it relates to a vesicle mixture comprising vesicles filled with an activator metal precursor and vesicles filled with a reactant for the activator metal precursor, the reactant being able to convert the activator metal precursor into activator metal as soon as the vesicle membranes are opened, as such or in a suspending agent suspended which is suitable for use in this process. |
