Battery unit |
abstract |
A battery unit has a large number of cells. The cells are provided with adjacent temperature sensors. A cell is provided with a temperature sensor adjacent to it, but not all cells are provided with temperature sensors, so that the total number of temperature sensors is smaller than that of the cells. The cells which are provided with temperature sensors adjacent to them and the cells which are not provided with any temperature sensors adjacent to them are connected together. The temperature sensors are divided into a plurality of temperature sensor blocks, and an abnormal temperature of a cell is recognized by comparing resistance values of the temperature sensor blocks with each other. |
