abstract An electrolytic capacitor has a pair of positive and negative electrode elements, each having a fixed electrode, which is arranged on one side of a current sensor. The positive and negative electrode elements are arranged opposite one another with a separator located between them. The positive and negative electrode elements are accommodated in the housing together with an electrolytic solution. The fixed electrode of the negative electrode element is made of lithium vanadium oxide and an electrically conductive filler, and the fixed electrode of the positive electrode element is made of activated carbon.
