titleOfInvention Process and apparatus for the continuous reaction of diaminodiphenylmethane / polyamine mixtures with phosgene to form polyisocyanates
abstract The process according to the invention and the device according to the invention are used for the large-scale production of polyisocyanates which are suitable for the preparation of polyurethanes. The object and purpose of the invention are, by a special process technology and with the help of a special device according to an economic method, while ensuring a continuous single-stage reaction of MDA / polyamine with phosgene, compared to the prior art reduced equipment expense, in comparison to the prior art longer run time of the plant with a simple in its handling device, polyisocyanates are produced in high yield. Compared to the prior art, the polyisocyanate should be qualitatively improved. At the plant equipment and the device no corrosion phenomena and dislocations with formed solid and semi-solid by-products should occur. The process should be safe in terms of safety and the polyisocyanate produced should be able to be subsequently thermally treated. The device used should be simple in its construction and have a high load capacity. According to the invention, the object is achieved by the special process steps, a 2-stage mixing, backmixing, special speeds, special device construction with corresponding dimensions and special arrangement of the supply devices. {Diaminodiphenylmethane / polyamine; phosgene; polyisocyanates; Method; Device; Rueckstromverwirbelung; dead water; no solid by-products; no corrosion; easy construction; easy to use; high resilience}
