titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR PREPARING AEROSOL FORMULATION |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of an aerosol formulation of beclomethasone dipropionate which has been micronised to a particle size of 1-5 mm and to halogenated hydrocarbons used as aerosol propellant gas or mixtures thereof. The method according to the invention is characterized in that the particle growth in the aerosol propellant gas is limited by the fact that the steroid is brought into close contact with and saturated with the gas phase of the propellant gas. The aerosol formulation prepared by the process of the present invention is used for the treatment of respiratory diseases. {Method; manufacture; Aerosol formulation; Particle size, micronized, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory; Steroid; Gas phase; Propellants, gesaettigt} |
