titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING CELLULOSE MATRICES
abstract The invention relates to a process for the preparation of cellulose matrices for hydrophobic chromatography. The introduction of hydrophobic groups takes place by the reaction of tosylated cellulose with nucleophilic compounds, in particular arylamines, in aqueous solution or organic solvents. The modified cellulose can be used for analytical and preparative affinity chromatographic work in medicine, biology, biochemistry and agriculture. {Chromatography, hydrophobic; Cellulosematrizen; Cellulose, tosylated; Compounds, nucleophilic; aryl amines; Solution, watery; an affinity chromatography; Medicine; Biology; Biochemistry; Agriculture}
