titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS OF EPOXIDOLIGOMERS WITH ACRYLIC OR METHACRYLIC ACIDS
abstract The invention describes a process for the preparation of the addition products of epoxy oligomers with acrylic or methacrylic acid, which can be used directly without aftertreatment, are storage-stable in the presence of peroxides, colorless and completely soluble. Epoxy (meth) acrylates prepared in this way are monomers capable of polymerization for the production of moldings, printing plates, adhesives, sealants and fillers as well as capping and coating materials. The addition reaction is carried out in the presence of a heteroaromatic nitrogen base as a catalyst. After special pretreatment of these catalysts, colorless epoxy (meth) acrylates are thus obtained.
