titleOfInvention | NEW N - [(ALKYLAMINO) ALKYL] -4, -5-DIARYL-1H-PYRAZOLE-1-ACETAMIDE AND METHOD OF PREPARING THEREOF |
abstract | The invention relates to novel * and methods for preparing these compounds. The compounds and their acid addition salts have the general formula wherein R 1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R 2 and R 3 independently of one another are hydrogen, lower alkyl or hydroxy-lower alkyl or R 2 and R 3 together form a non-branched or branched alkylene chain having 4 to 6 C atoms and A is CH 2 CH (OH) CH 2 or (CH 2) n, where n is an integer from 2 to 8; Ar1 and Ar2 independently of one another are pyridinyl, phenyl or phenyl substituted by methoxy, hydroxy or halogen and at least one radical of Ar1 and Ar2 is pyridinyl. The compounds of the invention are suitable for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias in mammals. Formula {* Procedure; manufacture; cardiac arrhythmia; Treatment; Mammal} |
