abstract | The invention relates to a process for the preparation of Immobilisaten with biologically active, macromolecular compounds. According to the invention, biomacromolecules are uniformly distributed in a washable, optionally buffered, polymer mixture which may optionally have dissolved or suspended alkali, alkaline earth or iron salts and subsequently formed into membranes or spherical particles by evaporation of the aqueous solvents and treatment with a cross-linking agent. after which it is optionally post-treated.
