titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING SEMIFLEXIBLE POLYURETHANE INTEGRAL FOAM SYSTEMS
abstract The invention is used for the production of semi-flexible integral polyurethane foams which have a Shore A hardness 40 and can be produced by the high-pressure process, preferably used for the automotive industry. The aim and the object are to produce semi-flexible integral polyurethane foam systems from a special polyol mixture blended with a special and conventional additives, and from a special urethane-modified isocyanate component. The production should be economical and the integral foam system should have short mold residence times, good moldability, a large processing latitude and good compatibility with color pastes. According to the invention, the object is achieved by dissolving as a specific polyol mixture 70 to 80 * of a base polyol and a specific crosslinker mixture, as a special additive 0.3 to 1.0 * oligodiol and as a special isocyanate component 40 to 50 * urethane-modified 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 50 to 60 * Polymethylenpolyphenylisocyanat be used.
