abstract |
Process for the recovery of nitrogen-containing organic compounds from microbially treated liquid hydrocarbons. The process exploits the enrichment of these compounds by acid-base interaction and recycling to economically recover them by precipitation and phase separation. For this purpose, the phosphoric acid used to extract the basic compounds from the liquid hydrocarbons is neutralized with fatty acid-containing ammonia water to form an oil phase, a medium aqueous phase and a sludge phase. The organic phases contain the basic N-heterocycles to be obtained. The aqueous phase can be reused as a nutrient medium within the petroleum distillate yeast conversion process.
