titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR PRODUCING HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for the preparation of heterocyclic compounds. These have the general formula wherein R1 represents an optionally substituted carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl group or an optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl group; R 2 represents an optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl group or an optionally substituted carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl or aralkyl group; R3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; and either X represents an oxygen or sulfur atom, a group CH 2 or a group NR 4, wherein R 4 represents a hydrogen atom or a C 1-4 alkyl group, and Y represents a group CH 2 or CH 2 CH 2, or X-Y together represent the group CHCH. The compounds, their salts and physiologically functional derivatives are useful in the treatment of tumors. Formula (I) {method; manufacture; Links; heterocyclic; salts; tumors} |
