titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR MODIFYING BY IMMOBILIZING BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for modification by immobilization of biologically active compounds. According to the invention biologically active compounds are modified by immobilization on quinone-activated polyoxyalkylene glycols and their monoalkoxy ethers and on the likewise activated derivatives of these polymers with additional amino and mercapto groups. The reactions are carried out in organic solvents or aqueous solutions or mixtures of both in the p H range of 2 to 12 and optionally in the presence of basic or acidic catalysts at 0C to 50C. The modified and biologically active compounds are used in biochemistry, biotechnology and medicine. {Procedure; Polyoxyalkylene glycols, quinone-activated; biologically active compounds; Modification; immobilization; organic solvents} |
