abstract The invention relates to a process for the preparation of di- and triazido-substituted benzenesulfonic acid derivatives. The preparation is carried out by reaction of azido-substituted benzenesulfonyl chlorides with suitable di- or tri-ols, di- or tri-amines and aminophenols to give the photosensitive sulfonic acid esters and sulfonic acid amides.
