The invention describes the microbiological recovery of the cyclic peptides cyclosporin A, B and C, which is selectively possible by using specific variants isolated from the fungus strain Cylindrocarpon lucidum. The field of application of the invention is primarily in the field of human medicine, since, as a result of the chemotherapeutic and pharmacological properties of cyclosporins, in particular cyclosporin A, this compound is increasingly of interest as a remedy. {Microbiology; Fungal strain; Strain variants; Cylidrocarpon lucidum; Drug production; cyclic peptide; Cyclosporin A; Cyclosporin B; Cyclosporine C; Remedies; Human Medicine} |
