abstract The invention relates to a process and a plant for the production of cellulose beads with a microporous structure and high adsorption capacity. The essence of the process is that during bead formation a gas-forming foaming material and one or more suitably selected fillers are added to the cellulose derivative, droplets are formed and coagulated to form hollow-structured beads, mixing time, pre-coagulation, second coagulation, post-treatment and drying according to the half-life of the rate of degradation of the foam-forming substances used are selected. The plant is characterized in that it consists of a drop-forming mold with special tips and a static agitator (A) for mixing the solid and liquid additives; a tipping edge to regulate the coagulation time, a net separator with a special shape of a space curve consisting of a combination of plastic nets to separate the products and the acid; a jet injector * operated with the treatment liquid to transport the product, and a post-treatment liquid reactor (G) I whose inclination angle can be varied between 0 and 90. {Method; Investment; Production of cellulose beads; microporous structure; foaming material; Filler; precoagulation; second coagulation; aftertreatment}
