titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TEST PAVE
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing a test plaster, especially a sticky test plaster, for detecting a contact allergy, which is characterized by a high dosage accuracy of the allergen and its rapid release from the patch. The patch consists of a carrier material, preferably an aluminum foil or an acrylate-coated aluminum foil, as well as a special adhesive layer which mediates the allergen infiltration of the skin. The allergen is in or on the carrier material or in the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is produced by partial removal of the water from a aqueous dispersion of a carboxyl-containing copolymer with acrylic, methacrylic acid or related acids, with a maximum impurity content of 0.56 *. The dispersion contains an emulsifier and optionally further additives and is adjusted to a skin-compatible p H value. The copolymer contains other acrylic esters which make it "harder" or "softer." {Plaster; Contact allergy; Skin; Adhesive layer; copolymer; Acrylester; emulsifier; dispersion; Dermatology; patch test; patch-test}
