titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR CLEANING AND DISINFECTING EGG TRANSPORT STATIONS |
abstract | The task was to find a hygiene regime for Transportbaender, especially for Eiertransportbaender that allows the use of certain cleaning and microbicidal agents, the maintenance of a low germ level on Eiertransportbaendern. The object is achieved according to the invention by a special combination of known cleaning and microbicidal agents, each used alone, do not have sufficient effect, but unfold in the combination a resounding effect, solved to a special hygiene regime for Eiertransportbaender. Particular advantages of this hygiene regime are above all: ease of use, use of low-toxic and low-polluting agents, good material compatibility, low corrosiveness, feasibility even in occupied stalls, no influence on the quality of food. It was found that per 100 m band length about 10-50 l fluid volume are required, the use of a dipping belt with mechanical cleaning component is advantageous. According to the invention, the hygiene regime consists of the following sub-processes: 1. Pre-soaking, 2. Cleaning, 3. Sanitizing cleaning, 4. Reworking. {Hygiene regimes; Transportbaender; Eiertransportbaender; cleaning and microbicidal agents; Germ level; User-friendliness; material compatibility; to soak; Clean; Hygenic cleaning; rinse} |
