abstract The invention relates to a surfactant combination which has an above-average washing capacity in the medium and low temperature range and at the same time has a complex binder concentration at low surfactant concentration. The invention is applicable in household and industrial detergents. The essence of the invention consists in the formulation of a synergistic surfactant combination of the compounds I and II, with alkyl chain of C12-C18RCOO (CH2CH2O) nHII with R-saturated or mono- or polyunsaturated alkyl chain with C12-C20, preferably C16 / 18n5-20 be counted to the nonionic nitrogenous surfactants and ethoxylated fatty acids. The effectiveness of the surfactant combination according to the invention in terms of its detergency is so outstanding that it is possible to dispense with the use of further nonionic surfactants and the use of anionic surfactants. The detergent containing the surfactant combination must be formulated such that surfactant concentration and builder concentration are at a minimum and thus good environmental compatibility of the detergent is achieved. The application of the invention allows a lowering of the washing temperatures and thereby causes an energy saving.
