abstract | The invention relates to a Naehgewirke, which is suitable as a reinforcement, textile insert or protective layer for technical products, in particular as a bead protection or sideband for pneumatic tires. According to the invention, the thread layers of the sewing knit consist of spinless or low-twist individual threads or groups of threads. Between the threads, the sewing knit has funnel-shaped pores with a side length of at least 1 mm. The threads and the pores are fixed in the sewing knit by form-fitting bonding. The applied mass extends through the pores from one side of the stitching knit to the other. The knitted fabric according to the invention has a good adhesion between the coating and the textile fabric and a high strength sufficient strength. |
