titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AGAINST THE ISOENZYME BB OF HUMAN GLYCOPY PHOSPHORY LASE B
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing monoclonal antibodies against the isoenzyme BB of human glycogen phosphorylase b (E.C. 2.4.1.1.). Field of application is medical diagnostics and enzyme technology. The process according to the invention is characterized in that spleen cells of Balb / c mice which have been immunized with purified glycogen phosphorylase BB are fused with Sp2 / 0 myeloma cells by means of polyethylene glycol and the resulting antibody-producing hybridomas are selected. The antibodies reacting with different antigenic determinants (epitopes) are determined with an antibody-inhibition test, the specific hybridomas are selected and used according to the invention for the production of the monoclonal antibodies in the cell culture or transplanted in the ascitic form on mice. The obtained 7 antibodies are suitable for the construction of test kits for selective isonenzyme analysis. The specific hybridomas were deposited at the Central Institute of Molecular Biology on July 7, 1988 under the following registration numbers: Registration no. Designation of cell line ZIM-0325ZZ-IG12 ZIM-0326ZZ-VID12 ZIM-0327ZZ-VD4 ZIM-0328ZZ-IIID9 ZIM-0329ZZ-IIF11 ZIM-0330ZZ-IF11 ZIM-0331ZZ-IIA2
