titleOfInvention COPPER FOIL WITH TWO-SIDED MATERIAL SURFACE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DRAWING FOIL
abstract The present invention provides a novel copper foil in which both surfaces have a matte surface condition and a process for their preparation. The two-sided matte film of the present invention is prepared by coating a first layer of copper foil of a predetermined thickness using conventional electrodeposition techniques; Thereafter, the film is removed from the Galvanisierungstrommel and then takes place the deposition of a second layer of copper foil on the smooth surface of the first copper foil layer; This produces a composite film with two matte surface sides.
