titleOfInvention Process for the preparation of an actuating agent
abstract The invention relates to the production of a setting agent for enamel slip, especially for the enameling of aluminum. The aim of the invention is to produce a complex adjusting means whose production costs are lower than before. The invention is based on the object of using a technology in the production of adjusting means for which devices can be used which are usually available in an enamelling operation. The object is achieved according to the invention in that the components of the adjusting agent are ground separately in a mill. A compound of potassium hydroxide and silicon dioxide is preferably ground together with potassium hydroxide approximately in the ratio of potassium water glass and then, after all other components of the suspending agent have been added, the suspending agent solution is ground to completion.
