The invention relates to a method and a device for preventing dislocations of the crude gas exhaust pipe of compressed gas generators, in particular in the gasification of lignite. The aim of the invention is the increase in the temporal availability, the prevention of load reductions and the reduction of maintenance costs. The task includes the achievement of the mentioned advantages without influencing the process management. According to the invention, the crude gas exhaust pipe is cooled by indirect cooling with cooling water up to temperatures below the tar dew point of up to 80 K above the tar point. Hot water from the high pressure steam collector is used as cooling water. |
