titleOfInvention | ARRANGEMENT FOR ON-LINE DETECTION OF PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL PROCESSES |
abstract | The invention relates to an arrangement for the on-line detection of physical, chemical and biological process variables in closed, sterile biological systems. The invention relates to the detection of process quantities in complex liquid media and is applicable in biotechnology, medicine, agriculture and environmental protection. The aim of the invention is that in a biological system, for. B. in a bioreactor, process more complete to capture than before and to create conditions for extensive automation and optimization according to biological targets of the process. According to the invention, this is achieved by providing, for the sterile removal of biological material in liquid form, a separation assembly that is external to the biological system and that the separation assembly is followed by a module for the representation of the sample, that means for the parallel or serial metrological detection of the samples are arranged, both means for the sterile metrological detection of the sample before the module as well as means for the non-sterile metrological detection of the samples are arranged behind the module, and that the above-mentioned modules is associated with a transport system for transporting the samples.
