abstract The invention relates to the better production of pharmaceuticals including immune or other biopraparates under bes. Considering a specific local biological effect. - The sequence of aseptic process steps and the addition of substances are combined so that the preparations are brought into an improved form of action. This is in the case of the production of inactive vaccines u. a. by optimal classification of the inactivation, combinatorial addition of complex stabilizers / tracer substances / extender / antioxidants and / or p H and rH correction, timely preservation by lyophilization, incorporation into air-, water- and acid-resistant layers alternating with non-resistant layers and last but not least achieved by detergents. This procedure can be applied to active forms of microorganisms including viruses, bacteriophages, and other active life forms and extended to interfacial stratification with p H, rH, enzymatic or optionally thermal stability.
