The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a mixture of certain temperature-stable crystalline cephalosporin salts and a pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic organic or inorganic base. In the process according to the invention, the abovementioned constituents are mixed in proportions such that, after the mixture has been distilled off with water, up to the injectable concentration, a p H value of about 3.5 to about 7 is achieved. The physical mixtures obtainable according to the invention can be stored without difficulty and sold in solid form. In addition, they can easily be converted into injectables by simply adding water. |
