titleOfInvention MICROEMULSION SYSTEMS FOR PRESERVING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
abstract The invention relates to microemulsion systems for the preservation of agricultural products that can be used to combat unwanted or damaging microorganisms in crop and storage protection, in the hygiene sector or in the protection of materials. The microemulsion systems contain from 80 to 95% by weight of 2-ethylhex-2-en-1-al, from 3 to 10% by weight of n-butylamine salt of the oleic acid, from 0.2 to 3% by weight of a mixture from 50 to 100% by weight of an N-alkyl-imino-bis (hepta-oxyethylene) and 0 to 50% by weight of a sulfobetaine of the general formula I in which R is C 12 -C 18 -alkyl and nm is the number 3, 5 and 7, and 1.8 to 7 wt .-% of a C3-C5-alcohol.
