titleOfInvention | CIRCUIT ARRANGEMENT FOR CONTROLLING AN EVOLUTION UNIT FOR VIDEO SIGNALS |
abstract | The invention relates to the opto-electronic measuring and test technology. A CCD sensor line is acted upon by alternating light, outputs the image signals during the position scan of a body edge and leads them via a comparator to a synchronously clocked counter. Between comparator and counter, a monostable multivibrator, a gate controlled by the enable signal for position detection, and a memory are inserted in series connection. After checking sufficiently existing light intensity, the counter is started only in the next alternating half-period, so that the sampling used for the evaluation takes place above the binary threshold. The field of application of the invention are opto-electronic measuring or test processes, which manage with a black-and-white separation of the image signals and without computers in image processing.
