titleOfInvention METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF CLEAN M-I BENZYL GUANIDINE SULFATE
abstract The invention relates to the preparation of m-I-Benzylguanidinsulfat as a starting substance for the preparation of the corresponding with 131-I, 123-I or 125-I-labeled radiopharmaceuticals. The aim of the invention is the lowest possible possible representation of a m-l-Benzylguanidinsulfates high purity satisfies the pharmaceutical claims. According to the invention, the object is achieved by reacting m-l-benzylguanidine nitrate initially with m-l-benzylguanidine hydrogencarbonate from the purity corresponding to d-benzylguanidine sulfate with dilute sulfuric acid.
