abstract | The invention includes a method for producing monoclonal antibodies against the envelope protein of bovine leukemia virus. The invention relates to a method for obtaining a group of mAbs against the envelope protein gp51 from bovine leukemia virus (BLV). Areas of application of the invention are veterinary medicine, agriculture and biotechnology. The method according to the invention is characterized in that spleen cells of mice which have been immunized with BLV-gp51 or microbially synthesized gp51 derivatives are fused with mouse myeloma cells. The anti-gp51-AK producing hybridoma cells are selected in a known manner, cloned and propagated for AK production in vitro or in vivo. The hybridomas were deposited under numbers ZIM-0214 to ZIM-0225 in the ZIM cell line depository. With the method according to the invention, mAbs can be produced against the envelope protein gp51 of the BLV. |
