titleOfInvention CYTOKIN (INTERFERON) INDUCTORS
abstract The invention Cytokine (interferon) inductors consisting of mixtures of double-stranded ribonucleic acids (dsRNAs) of general formula 1 and have synergistic effects in the formation of antiviral activity by stimulating cellular systems for the enhanced production of cytokines, in particular of interferons. & Poly (N1) Poly (N2)! 2 & Poly (N3)! N1 / 2 guanyl, adenyl or inosinic acid N3-cytidyl or uridylic acid mixture according to the invention, these dsRNA mixtures are obtained from the respective homopolymers by hybridization of equimolar amounts of purine crosslinks with complementary pyrimidine strains under sterile conditions and subsequent suitable combination. These dsRNAs mixtures are interferonogenic in human fibroblast systems.
