abstract | The invention includes vesicular fillers for the chromatography of denatured microorganisms and methods of preparation. The invention relates to Fuellkoerper for chromatography, processes for their preparation and advantageous applications. The Fuellkoerper consist of granulated extraction residues of artificially adhered microorganisms. They are produced from granules of microorganisms or their extraction residues by special moistening and drying processes. The processes lead to dimensionally stable and pressure-resistant Fuellkoerpern of microorganisms that pack bad as single cells and can be filtered, z. Yeasts and coccal green algae. Filling bodies produced from yeast cells have advantageous properties, in particular in connection with exclusion chromatography and chromatographic centrifugation techniques. |
