titleOfInvention METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ACTINOMYCES STRAINS WITH STETTERALLY HETEROLOGICALLY INSERTED DNA GENES IN GENETIC MATERIALS
abstract The invention relates to a method for obtaining new Actinomyces strain with stably heterologous DNA sections inserted in the genetic material. It aims to provide such strains by microbiological means. The object associated with this goal is achieved by cells of the selected plasmid-free starting strain, preferably a plasmid-free Streptomyces strain, one after the other - a 1st Chemostaten cultivation, - a transformation with a plasmid, the u. a. a heterologous DNA section in combination with a resistance marker bears and a second Chemostaten cultivation be subjected to selection pressure. In a specific embodiment of the inventive solution, in particular the S. lividans strains TK24TC41-78 and TK24TC41-92 are obtained.
