abstract The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 3,4-diaroyl-5-aroylimino-thiazolidine-2-thionen, which are prepared by reacting a-halo-acetophenones with Aroylisothiocyanaten in the presence of a tertiary amine in organic solvents. The aim of the invention is to find an effective preparation process for the title compounds, which are suitable both as intermediates for weiterfuehrende organic synthesis, as well as gain importance for the production of pesticides and pesticides.
