abstract | The invention includes a method for the production of protective tube contacts made of glass and serves for the solution of switching tasks in electrometric measuring arrangements. The essential features of the inventive solution are that the surface of the glass tube is vaporized internally with a hydrophobizing agent from a solution of carbon tetrachloride and organic chlorosilane and after the reaction of the hydrophobing agent with the glass tube, the excess of hydrophobizing agent by washing in 40C heated to carbon tetrachloride and subsequent washing is eliminated in acetone heated to 40 ° C. |
