titleOfInvention | LIGHT ABSORBENT LAYER OF INSULATOR LAYER AND METAL LAYER |
abstract | The invention relates to a light-absorbing layer sequence of insulator and metal layer, which is used in AC duplex film electroluminescent displays. The aim is to provide a layer sequence of insulator and metal layer which absorbs the light in the direction of the viewer and which increases the contrast of AC duplex film electroluminescent displays and whose production is economically attractive. The layer sequence of insulator and metal layer according to the invention contains chromium on the metal side at the boundary between the two layers and an oxidic insulator which can be reduced by chromium on the insulator side. It is advantageous that the metal layer is formed in several partial layers, of which only the layer adjacent to the insulator contains chromium and / or that the insulator is formed in several partial layers, wherein only the bordering on the chromium contains a material that of chromium partially reduced. Advantageously, calcium-stabilized zirconia is used as the oxidic insulator material. |
