titleOfInvention SWITCH CONTACT PANEL FOR VACUUM SHIFTING DEVICES AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
abstract Schaltkontaktstuecke for Vakuumschaltgeraete usually consist of a base material with addition of easily evaporable components for generating a sufficiently conductive switching path during the turn-off. The aim is an overvoltage-free switching behavior of the Vakuumschaltgeraetes. This is achieved according to the invention in that the additives (12, 22, 32) are concentrated in a firmly adhering layer (14, 24, 34) covering the switching surface (11, 21, 31) of the contact piece (1, 10, 20). Such contact pieces (10, 20, 30) can be obtained in particular by direct melting of the additives, by melting a separate support (22) from the additives in powder form, as granules or as foil or sheet metal or else by vapor deposition of the additives (32). on the button (11, 21, 31) of a given body (10, 20, 30) made of base material. As a base material advantageously a CuCr contact material is used. Fig. 1
