titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF INJECTION MOLDING PARTS
abstract The invention relates to a method which is used in the plastics industry. The object of the invention is to reduce the sprouting and to improve the sprayability. The object of the invention is to provide a method which makes it possible by using a specific physical-chemical parameter having polyester copolymer granules to obtain high quality injection molded parts. The inventive solution provides a method in which the granules to be sprayed have a specific viscosity of 790 to 910, a carboxyl end group content of 15 to 35 Ae / g, a diethylene glycol content of 1.2 to 2.5%, a triethylene glycol content of 1 to 20 %, in particular 8 to 13%, based on the polymer, has a melting point of 186 to 236C and a density of 1.31 to 1.37 g / cm3.
