titleOfInvention COMPACT CARRIER COVER FOR TRAFFIC SURFACES
abstract The invention relates to compact load-bearing layers for traffic surfaces and is preferably suitable to produce such constructions of ash-concrete without hydraulic binder frost resistant and wear resistant. According to the invention, these new compact layers have an upper wear zone, in which the microporous space of the ash-concrete is filled with waterglass. The thickness of this wear zone is at least 20 mm and its water glass content based on their ash content 4 to 13 Ma .-%. With the introduction of sodium and / or potassium water glass into the produced material structure, the pore spaces in the wear zone are closed, without disturbing the structure kinetics and the formation of strength.
